Processing Times

 

Mass-Produced Items (Hoodies, Jackets, Coats): These pieces are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 business days after your order is placed.

 

Handmade / Made-to-Order Items (Painted Denim, Custom Art Jackets, Limited Editions): Because these are created with care and detail, please allow 2–3 weeks for processing before shipment. Trust us — the wait is worth it.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

 

     We ship primarily through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

 

     Standard delivery times vary by location but typically arrive within 3–7 business days after processing.

 

     Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

 

Tracking Your Order

 

     Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

 

International Shipping

 

     We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that delivery times and shipping costs vary, and customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your location.

 

Delays & Handmade Promise

 

     Some of our pieces are more than fashion — they’re wearable art. That means they may take longer to create and ship than standard apparel. We’ll always keep you updated on the status of your order, and we promise it will be worth the wait.

 

Returns & Exchanges Policy

 

     At "Jacket Junkie", every piece is made with passion — from mass-produced staples to hand-painted, one-of-a-kind designs. We want you to love your purchase as much as we loved creating it.

 

     Because our products vary between ready-to-ship apparel and handmade wearable art, our return and exchange policies are a little different depending on what you buy.

 

Returns on Mass-Produced Items

 

     Eligible items (hoodies, jackets, coats that are not custom-made) may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

 

     Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

 

     Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Handmade & Custom Items

 

     Hand-painted denim, custom art jackets, or made-to-order designs are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Each piece is created uniquely for you, making it one-of-a-kind.

 

     If your handmade item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Exchanges

 

     If you need a different size or style for an eligible (non-custom) item, we’re happy to help with an exchange within the 14-day window.

 

     Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is sold out, we can issue store credit or a refund instead.

Refunds

 

     Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
